Day 3, Week 2: I just have four things to say to YOU

Thing #1: This morning I was all, "Mom has to get up and get on the treadmill now" after my morning coffee and then this happened straight outta nowhere:



Thing #2: Eventually I escaped from underneath the dog and made it to my treadmill to do my 5 x 1000m repeat sweat session at warp speed.  This is how it went:


(Even the cat was worried about me after it was all over.)

Thing #3: I wore these SUPER cute shoes to work today despite the aftermath of the workout pictured above.



Thing #4: I am a complete moron for doing that.



Tomorrow's workout: Bike ridin' in the dark for the first time all year!  Stay tuned!
